The doctor warned me in needed to loose at least 20 pounds and I had to get my BP down to at least 130 for an upper number or he was going to have to double my BP meds. AND by loosing weight he thinks I MIGHT be able to get off or at least decrease my diabetes meds. PLUS Patty needs it for the same thing. She can't take the diabetes medication any more because it is hard on her kidneys and her kidneys are not functioning very well as it is.
