I agree about the polishing. That is what I was talking about when I said depending upon how the trigger is connected. I know on a 45 I had once, the trigger loop (stirrup?) was really rough and I polished that up along with the grooves it rode in. It moved a lot smoother after I was finished. Of course I also polished up the sear as well.
