I didn't say I am old. Just that my body needs more heal time than it used to. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week an hour each time and run 4 days a week for no less than 3 miles. I also ride my bike to work everyday which is 7 miles one way. There are days when I have training scheduled and have to decide against it, because my body hurts. Not sore. Hurts.
