People, the "Population" are famous for going along with the crowd. Or if they don't, those that do not go along are the minority. BUT many times those that do not go along are the MAJORITY but just doesn't say anything, unlike the minority.

Majority rules ONLY if it speaks up. Otherwise the VOCAL Minority wins.
