I ran 3.1 miles to the gym with my Camelbak on loaded to about 20lbs, and then conducted 1.5 hours of circuit training. Then ran the 3.1 home. Refueled with a sandwich and got on my bicycle for a 25 mile route into the foothills of the Rockies. About 10 miles in I saw a bike shop advertising a "Spring Sale." I stopped, locked up my bike and went inside. I found some nice panniers I am researching now online. When I left the building, I realized I had left the key to the lock at home, 10 miles away! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
With my pack still on, I ran home to get the key.
Did I run back?
Hell no! The car was feeling neglected anyway. Who am I to neglect something that has carried me so far so many times in all four corners of the earth?
