I'm stoked, just got off the treadmill and I am feeling pretty good. Did 1.3 miles at a 6 degree incline at 2.5 mph. May not sound like much, and in actuality it may not be much, but it gave me a pretty good workout. I can tell it is doing me some good, cause I am not as tired and I am recovering a lot faster.
