i burn through 5gb's of data on my phone every single month and last month my Internet at home went down so I hit the top 5% in data users. if I recall I was tipping on 9gb's which really isn't a whole lot compared to what you can actually do. so now I'm seeing that they will throttle you down once you hit 3gb's!!! I'm at 2800 right now and the billing cycle doesn't start again until the 5th. which means I'm screwed if should ever have to rely on at&t for Internet.

i try not to have ill will towards business but man at&t just keeps finding ways to suck. like they are bullying their customers. that's a tough pill to swallow when you are already charging too much on top of the frequent fraudulent billing.
Lazi, my wife works customer service for AT&T wireless, and you're exactly right. She stays stressed out because she gets chewed out for being "soft" and writing off stuff on customers bills. She hates it and is trying to find something else. I can't count how many days she's come home in tears over her job.
