There is a leather shop here at the local flea market, they sell gloves pretty cheap. I'm talking half-finger leather gloves with padded palms for $4 cheap. I'm gonna see if they can order me some winter gloves.
At that price you can buy 5 pairs and who cares how long they last! I found some military surplus leather gloves online for 4 bucks a pair and they are far better than what you would get at the local stores for 20 bucks.
