guy buys something from me, gets it and says i described it wrong. I felt bad for maybe 30 seconds until I followed the link for "more information" in my listing and there is not only a full break down of the item but a picture of the owners manual. in that picture it clearly says the same text that this guy is saying I neglected to put in my desciption.

what really has me bummed out is if this guy had said it was a simple mistake on his part I would've given him a full refund and taken the losses just to save time and effort. but this guy is intent on blaming me and is making false statements about my intent. so I offer him a refund minus my expenses and he files a claim on me.

part of me wants get this guy gone but another part of me wants to make this guy admit he's wrong and that he tossed a rock at the wrong guerrilla.
