It is SR101, but so is the BR and the BR is differentially tempered. Also, I think 77 is the better chopper steel. I'm not complaining really, I am just kind of surprised because Scrap Yard always shocks me with their lower than market prices. This one is close to the price of my DF-LE.

I've got some decisions to make because I've got all the Res-C choppers and a BR/SBR coming potentially.

Anyways, don't mean to complain, just saying that I am contemplating whether to get one now and originally I wanted at least 5!
