I guess I should say it is a permanent position that still allows us to let him go at any time without having a full congregation vote. The Deacons and pulpit committee could let him go as an interim.

He's an ole style preacher, isn't the best orator (and HE has said that) but he DOES care and it REALLY shows, and that is what we need, at least for now. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
