For the Month of June, I averaged walking 3 times a week. They say that's all you need to do, but I want to do it more often. I need to get my weight down and my Blood Pressure needs to be below 130 as the top number or my doctor is going to make me double up on my blood pressure medicine. SO far I have gotten it down to 128-129 for the past week and a half.
