I was able to get to the range and break in my new rifle.

Really nice day at the range.

I got the irons and holo sight dialed in on the new rifle. I have to say I welcomed myself into more modern times with this rifle and it was a huge improvement.

The mid-length gas system and compensator with a heavy tungsten buffer didn't make a hoot of difference in supported shooting.

The rifle is reasonably accurate for what it is. I have no doubt it is at least MOA with decent ammo.

This thing frigging rocks shooting on the move. The setup is incredibly smooth and stays on target shooting and moving. I was flat surprised how well it soaks up the recoil and virtually no muzzle rise during rapid fire. I would have bet that I wouldn't have notice much of any difference and I would have been wrong.

I let one of my friends try it and he was surprised at the difference as well.

It may not be everyone's first choice but I can't believe i haven't done this setup before. It's definitely a keeper.

The only downside is the compensator throws a boatload of dust during prone shooting. I can live with that.

I don't spend too much time on my belly shooting.
