A friend who is also an FFL had one of the Anschutz "22 Scars". He said it shot very well. I never had a chance to shoot it. However, there are other models that LOOK more like a Scar. The ISSC MK22 is more closer to the original:

I have no personal experience with either gun. My feelings on 22LR replicas of larger military designs can be summarized as: they usually look neat, function poorly and have miserable accuracy.

Many people, myself included, have found the 10/22 TD to be more accurate than the traditional model.
