I'm looking to pick up a new handgun for variety in my shooting and variety in preparations. Looking at either a Ruger Sp101 .357 4" barrel or a Glock 21. Do have a little yearning for a 1911...thought About splurging on a Dan Wesson Heritage, but doubt I'll spring for that. One of the reasons for thinking about the Ruger is that I'll pick up a 22 version of it down the road.

Whichever one I get...I'll get the other next year...using bones money to spread out the buys.
