Having said that...

If I had to pick one handgun to use the rest of my life it would be a Glock 19 or 26. The 26 has the easier to conceal factor, but the Glock 19 is the 1911 of the 21st Century. Yes, I'll state that again...the Glock 19 has the FUNCTIONAL UTILITY of the US MILITARY ISSUE 1911A1 of yester-year. The only difference is the Glock doesn't require ongoing maintenance to run (for the record I've owned several US Property marked 1911 and 1911A1 that didn't function).

XD - I've had them, and didn't like them. The bore-over-axis is too high causing increased muzzle flip. Also didn't' care for the pin through the slide (the same is true of REAL Sigs ... those made in Europe).

Now that I've insulted everyone...I'm off to take my meds.
