Bought a Sterling MK-6 today (US legal pre 1989 ban SA Sterling Police Carbine).

Basically a closed bolt SA mk4 Sterling with a 16" barrel.

Only 1600 were made. Nobody seems to know how many made it into the States. My uncle had one around 1985 for a while. I've wanted one since.

Figured the FA versions were issued to our Aussie brethren in need if a SMG?
