I haven't had a chance to hunt turkey yet, but the land I'm going to be hunting on is privately owned, and the gentleman who owns it said we're welcome to take a few game animals while we're out there, but our focus is going to be on predators mainly, since the 'yotes are getting outta control. Last rundown of animals on the land, there was turkey, deer, 'yotes, the occasional bobcat, and a ton of wabbits. Might be a few prairie dogs too, so there should be some target practice too.
