The handle does look bigger and measures the same size as the DF without the pronounced swell/curve.

Would be a great thing if it is indeed true!! I was playing with my DMCG and DMLE last night trying to figure out if I would like an 11" version of my BWM in one of those handles, and the conclusion was it seemed too small.
