walking 15 minutes early, polished shoes, nice pants and shirt, had my Pelican Case 1430 transport case for a briefcase with my resume and licence info. Met the owner, shook his hand, told him about me and the new Class 3 truck licence, and within 20 minutes was walking out the door as one of his new hires.

I start at 0630 hours tomorrow, will be getting a training wage (half of the regular wage, standard for BC canada) for a few days when i'm paired with the other driver, then its starting wages of $18 , med/dental after 6 months, and regular wage bumps up to $24 hour. 6 days a week, 8 - 9 hours a day.
