We have a couple that we know by voice who they are. They'll even tell you their names. One guy gets hammered every night and starts calling us to tell us about his girlfriend that left him and took his kid. I tried to take out harrassing phone call charges against him, but the magistrate wouldn't issue, said the sheriff's office was here for citizens to call when they have the need, and he feels he has the need 15-20 times a night.
