I love it, I wasn't expecting it to be so big, I guess all of those pics of it next to the DF kinda skewed my perception a bit. It has almost a half inch on my Yard Hook. The plastic liner could always be tighter, perhaps down the line I'll replace it with a Kydex fit liner, but it appears it was glued in place, so I don't think it's gonna go anywhere easily. The Straps and snaps fit perfectly, tight for a no rattle hold, but not too tight to strap. My biggest problem with the sheath is figuring out a place to MOLLE it to my gear, lol.
