NC is pretty good as far as gun laws go, can't complain too much. I like having my concealed carry permit, and being able to open carry if I feel like it. The no handguns laws would kill me, I have more pistols than rifles and shotguns.
You can own handguns fairly easily, my one brother has 5 of them, and I have my license to buy them if I want. The issue is that you can only use them at an approved range.
Always laughed I can take my 338 winmag anywhere or my pistol grip shotty, but a 22 revolver, why thats just plain evil
