Sometimes, you heard about children that were born with diseases, and how the ministry really helped the child and their families. It sucked, but you knew that the best possible support happened.
But when you saw kids murdered or commit suicide, when the ministry had been aware of the problems for years, well the blood boiled.
Last week in Washington State a stepfather slit the throat of a 5 year old girl. They were on vacation (they lived in the town next to mine).
When the cops arrived he was sitting on the front porch and said I am bi-polar, I can only marvel at the restraint the cops showed.

The ONLY good thing about this is he did it in Washington as opposed to here in BC.
In BC he would not do near the time as down south
