I remember when I was first introduced to real humidity. I was in the Marine Corps and I reported to Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida in June of 1998. I walked out of the door of the airport at 0230 and was hit with the worst airborne sticky sensation I had ever experienced. Pensacola is still the most humid place I've ever been.
