Well, I believe small business in America (and worldwide) succeed or fail based on their intimate "touch" with their customers. I'm still on the fence...but only because it's so long distance and hard to make a decision without more definitive context. This is one of the situations where I really like the busse-kin model (especially lately, with the extended offerings), because it allows the fence-sitters to get "hands-on" reviews from real world customers before they commit to the expense. Dan, et al, have it figured out.
