Oh man, NO BODY around here would pay those prices for a house. Then again, it IS a different part of the country. For there is SoCal it sounds like you REALLY did get a good price. But I still don't see how folks can afford to pay that kind of prices and still live, food, transportation, and all the other things necessary for life.
