I was a foster parent for a few years and I belonged to a group trying to get more rights for kids in care and foster parents.
At the time in BC about 3 or 4 times a year the Children's Commissioner used to realease a report outline the circumstances of every child 18 and under that had died since the last report.
My job was to go through these reports, classify the and make recommendations, that job sucked.
