I thought so, it'll definitely help with the AK, the adapter lines the stock up with the bore a lot better, and the fixed stock feel of the F93 should go a long ways towards increasing my accuracy with it. I was always a big fan of the Magpul UBR stock, except for it looks too clubfoot for me, this one looks more streamlined and aggressive, It just looks cool!
