oK, FIGURED IT OUT! here is how it goes.

click on the picture. brings up the pic again with the actions and share this dropdowns. click on share this and highlight grab the html. copy that and paste here. THEN deleate everything but this format putting the [img] before it and stopping after jpg and put the [/img] after it. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4116/4800989915_73e6656a03.jpg

i think i have an easier way. what i did was right click on the picture you want, this will bring up a list, go all the way to the bottom and select Properties. this will bring up a small window showing all the info, copy and paste the Address (URL) and do the same as if you were posting a pic.
