My place borders public game land. I always see deer and turkey, and occasionally bear and wild boar, in my front yard. I won't shoot them there, wouldn't be sporting. But, I do have a stand less than 200 yards from the house for deer season. I figure if I can get up, get dressed and go to my stand, then it's all good. But if I stick my rifle out my bedroom window, that just doesn't sit right.
